making stuff out of cardboard. It's fun to take a pile of junk cardboard and some nails and glue gun and make stuff. It's like the same feeling as looking at a chunk of marble and deciding what is inside.

Anyway, be making all kinds of stuff. Mostly guns but now I am making a full sized cardboard deer. All looking cool.

sideways

Did the Sideways trip this week-end. Visited the Santa Ynez valley. Had dinner at the Hitching Post. Which was really good BTW. We stayed in Los Alamos at the Victorian Mansion. Every room is a theme room. We stayed in the "Gypsy" room. The bed was in a caravan. The walls were all painted to look like a forest.

The Santa Ynez area was really nice. Super green this time of year and loads of horse property. It seems to be vinyards, horse property and tourism.
